Center for Global South and Public Diplomacy (CGSPD) was founded in 2022 and headquartered in Hanoi. Committed to empowering Vietnam’s strategic voice in the Global South and multilateral governance systems, CGSPD focuses on public diplomacy, soft power strategy, international relations, and regional security in Southeast Asia and the Indo-Pacific. The center provides evidence-based policy research, and forward-looking strategic assessments for public institutions, academic communities, and international partners. It also promotes Track-II dialogue, cross-institutional academic cooperation to build Vietnam’s intellectual influence among Global South nations.
